  • What if an item is missing from my order?
    If you are going to collect your package at the chosen collection point, first check whether all items are present. You do this before you sign for receipt.   • Are you unsure about your size?
    VIVES Fanbase offers clothing from the Stanley/Stella brand. You will always find the size chart with the product. Also pay attention to the fit of each hoodie, some are oversized, this is also stated in the description. Still in doubt? There are fittings at the reception in Kortrijk. There you can try on your desired sizes and order the right one.
  • What if I want to return an item?
    If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you can register the order for return at the reception. This within 14 days of receipt. The products must be unworn and in the condition they were received. Bring your package (in the bag) to the collection point, they will take care of further handling. Your money will be automatically refunded, but this can take 2 to 3 weeks. If it takes longer, feel free to send an email to (mention clearly your name, returned items & order number) If you want to re-order the correct item, simply do so via the VIVES Fanbase website.
